The SSO (Single Sign-on) technology allows you to use one and the same credentials to access encrypted hard drives and log into the operating system. In case of any SSO-related issues, please contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support, having your SSO traces collected.

  1. Make sure your user account has administrator rights.

  2. Download the archive and unpack it.

  3. Enable SSO tracing:

  4. Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows.

  5. In the bottom part of the application's main window, click Support.

  1. In the Support window, click System tracing.

  1. In the window Information for Technical Support, click the Enable button.

  1. Restart Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows to start collecting SSO traces.

  2. Reproduce the problem.

  3. Disable SSO tracing:

    • If you are using a 32-bit operating system, run sso_OFF_x32.reg.
    • If you are using a 64-bit operating system, run sso_OFF_x64.reg.

By default, SSO trace files are saved in the folder %ProgramData%:

  • In Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\SSO
