When you browse websites, their owners collect information about your activity to offer you targeted ads based on your preferences.

The Private Browsing feature of Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 tracks websites' requests and blocks information collection attempts. Using Private Browsing, you can prevent websites from collecting information about you, block tracing of your actions on social networks, and data collection via web analytics services, ad agencies, and web beacons.

The Private Browsing component does not block tracking information on social network pages (Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter) when you are currently staying on that page.
