After the installation of a Kaspersky Lab product, Windows Vista may stop responding during computer start or a task execution. There might be a conflict between the Kaspersky Lab product and with your computer software or with some drivers. If such a problem arises, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support will need to examine a complete memory dump file from your computer to solve the problem.

By default, the operating system creates a kernel memory dump which is not enough to find out what caused the issue. To get a complete memory dump file, follow the steps below.


1. Select the Complete memory dump type


2. Select a folder to save a dump file


3. Get a complete memory dump


4. Send a request to Technical Support
