By accepting the terms of the End User License Agreement, you agree to provide Kaspersky Lab with information for the following purposes:

Receiving new and advertising offers:

  • Application ID
  • Application version
  • Application build ID
  • List of IDs of received messages

Improving the performance of the application:

  • Application ID
  • Application version
  • Anonymized IP address of the user’s device
  • Version of the Updater component
  • Version and name of the computer's operating system (OS)
  • Version of the operating system updates installed on the computer
  • Number of times the Update component has crashed
  • Update task type ID
  • Number of times the update task ended unsuccessfully
  • Update result ID
  • Application status
  • Name of the domain the application is running in
  • Anonymized online forms identified by application
  • Date and time of the application database release
  • Version of application databases

Evaluating application prevalence:

  • Application ID
  • Application version
  • Anonymized IP address of the user’s device
  • Application build ID

Receiving application feedback:

  • Application ID
  • Application version
  • Anonymized IP address of the user’s device
  • Domain parts of URLs the User has entered into the address bar
  • User's comment
  • Issue type
  • Rating (positive or negative)
  • Browser version

Your personal data is stored locally on your computer in the %SYSTEMDRIVE%\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager folder under the following names:

  • storage.kvdb
  • kpm_vault.edb

Kaspersky Lab protects any information thus received in accordance with law and applicable Kaspersky Lab rules.

Kaspersky Lab uses any received information in anonymized form and as general statistics only. Aggregate statistics are automatically generated from the source information received, and do not contain any personal or other confidential data. The original information received is destroyed as new information is accumulated (once a year). Aggregate statistics are stored indefinitely.
