About the activation code

An activation code is a code that you receive upon acquiring a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection. To activate Kaspersky Secure Connection, enter the activation code on My Kaspersky.

The activation code is a unique sequence of 20 letters and numerals in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.

You can obtain an activation code in one of the following ways:

• If you purchase a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection in the online store on My Kaspersky, the activation code is sent to the email address that you specify when ordering the product.
• If you purchase a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection through the mobile app, you can view the activation code in the license details on My Kaspersky.

The subscription period starts from the date when the activation code is used for the first time on a device.

If you lose or accidentally delete your activation code after activating the app, contact Technical Support at Kaspersky Lab.
