How to renew a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection
How to renew a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection
To renew a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the Renew subscription button.
The application will offer you one of the following options for where you can renew your subscription:
- On the My Kaspersky portal page.
- At the online store of our partner.
- At a third-party online store.
When renewing a subscription, the subscription provider may differ from the provider with whom you registered the subscription.
- If the My Kaspersky portal page opened in the browser:
- Enter the email address and password that you specified when creating your account on My Kaspersky portal. If you do not have an account, you can create an account.
- On the portal page, go to the Store section.
- Click the Buy Now button.
- If the eStore page opened in the browser:
- Purchase subscription to Kaspersky Secure Connection.
After completing your purchase, the activation code for your subscription will be sent to your email address.
- On My Kaspersky portal, go to the Licenses section.
- Enter the activation code and click the Add button.
- Purchase subscription to Kaspersky Secure Connection.
The subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection is displayed in the left part of the portal window. To begin using the extended version of the application, connect your device to My Kaspersky portal.
You can also use Kaspersky Secure Connection on devices running Android, iOS or MacOS.
