Files to send to Kaspersky technical support in case of PDM malware detection

If the name of a detected threat contains PDM, for example, PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic, attach the following files to your request to Kaspersky technical support:

  • Kaspersky application trace file. For instructions on how to collect traces, see this article.
  • If the threat is related to web pages, also attach the saved page in the MHT format.To save the page, select Save as in the context menu of the page, specify the path and click Save.
  • System watcher logs. For instructions on collecting logs, see this article.
