License problem in the My Kaspersky account

When activating a Kaspersky Lab application, you may get an error message saying that the license is not available or there is a problem with the license in your My Kaspersky account.
Send the license to the device from your account at My Kaspersky. See the Online Help page for instructions.
What to do if the error persists
If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
