When activating a Kaspersky Lab application, you may get an error message saying that the license is not available or there is a problem with the license in your My Kaspersky account.
Send the license to the device from your account at My Kaspersky. See the Online Help page for instructions.
If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support via the My Kaspersky portal. Please include a detailed description of the issue.
