Unknown server error when creating a My Kaspersky account

When creating a My Kaspersky account during activation of Kaspersky Security Cloud throught he application interface, an unknown server error may occur.
Try creating an account on the My Kaspersky website and activate the application through it.
What to do if the error persists
If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
