Error occurred during application installation
If you get the message “Error occurred during application installation”, follow the instructions below.
- Create a restore point. See this article for instructions.
- Make sure you have an activation code for your Kaspersky application. You will need to enter it after you reinstall the application.
- Delete the files of the earlier installed application versions using the kavremover tool. See this article for instructions.
- Install the application once again.
