A scan task (quick scan, full scan or selective scan) freezes or stops.
In the main application window, click .
In the drop-down list, select Full Scan settings.
Select Additional Settings.
In the Scan technologies section, select the checkboxes for iSwift Technology and iChecker Technology.
iSwift and iChecker are enabled.
Repeat the steps for Quick Scan and Selective Scan tasks.
