A Kaspersky application blocks my website. What should I do?

If a Kaspersky application does not allow opening your website:

  1. Make sure your website was not hacked and does not contain malicious code or phishing links.
  2. Check the link to your website using Opentip: copy the link to the corresponding line and click Look up.
  3. If the link was identified as safe, report a false detection to Kaspersky technical support:
  4. In your request, provide the following information:
    • request type: viruses
    • request subtype: false detection
    • link to your website and a description of the issue.
If you don't have a Kaspersky application installed or you are using Kaspersky Free, ask your question in Community.
