The Welcome window of the Setup Wizard provides general information about installation and a link to the Online Help.

At this step, the Wizard checks the computer for the software required for the application operation (Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8). If Microsoft .NET Framework has not been installed, an error message is displayed, and the Setup Wizard closes.
