About an account on My Kaspersky

You can sign in to My Kaspersky with the same account that you use for various Kaspersky resources and services. For example, if you have already created an account on one of Kaspersky's portals or within any Kaspersky application, you already have a My Kaspersky account.

If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up now.

If your account is not used for 5 years, your account and all information associated with it will be deleted. This will occur if you don't sign in to your My Kaspersky account or one of Kaspersky's portals within the specified period, or if you do not run Kaspersky applications connected to your My Kaspersky account on your devices.

If we notice suspicious activity on your My Kaspersky account, some actions will be available only after you enter a confirmation code sent to your linked email address. If this happens, consider changing your account password.
