Issue

The performance of 1C software may significantly decrease when Kaspersky software is running with protection enabled.

Cause

Kaspersky software uses all available resources for scanning objects.

Solution

Exclude the 1C databases from the scan scope. To learn how to create scan exclusions in Kaspersky Endpoint Security, see the instructions.

Kaspersky virus experts consider database and index files safe, so you can add these files to exclusions without any risks of exposing your computer to viruses.

For 1С:Enterprise 7.7

  1. Add 1С:Enterprise 7.7 to the list of trusted applications.
  2. Add the scanned files to exclusions using the following masks: *.md, *.dbf, *.cdx

For 1С:Enterprise 8

  1. Add to exclusions:
    • The scanned files using the following masks: *.1CD, *.1cl, *.log, *.elf, *.pfl, *.usr, *.v8i, *.lst, *.st, *.snp, *.epf, *.dat
    • The executable files: 1cv8.exe, ragent.exe, rmngr.exe, rphost.exe, 1CV8 Servers.msc. They are located in the folder C:\Program Files\1cv8\bin\ (for 32-bit, C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv8) or in the folder C:\Program Files\1cv81\bin\ (for 32-bit, C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv81).
  2. Add to exclusions the following folders:
    • C:\Program Files\1cv8 or С:\Program Files (x86)\1cv8 for 32-bit
    • C:\Program Files\1cv81 or C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv81 for 32-bit
  3. If the client is combined with the server, add to exclusions the folders for the 1C:Enterprise server:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\1С
    • C:\Documents and Settings\USR1CV81\Local Settings\Application Data\1C\1Cv81
Recommendations on compatibility of Kaspersky applications with third-party software are for reference only and may not apply to its new versions.
