The Kaspersky Endpoint Security application blocks access to infected files and applications. If a file is infected, it must be disinfected before you can access it.
next to the required file and choose Disinfect all detected objects
If you know for sure that the files being blocked by File Threat Protection are safe, you can include them in Trusted Zone.
