Prepare for installation

Before installing the application on your computer, it is recommended to do the following:

• Make sure that your computer meets the hardware and software requirements.
• Remove Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac or any other anti-malware applications to avoid system conflicts and maximize system performance.

Note: Before installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security remotely, we recommend that you download the KES_for_macOS11_and_later.zip archive from Kaspersky Technical Support website and apply the KES_for_macOS11_and_later_profile.mobileconfig configuration profile on the client computer using Apple Remote Management tools. This will allow Kaspersky Endpoint Security to get the following: permissions to install the kernel extension and the system extension, full disk access, and permissions to configure network connections.
