“The application should be reinstalled” message
When working with a Kaspersky application, you may get the error message "The application should be reinstalled".
If you encounter this problem, please reinstall the application:
- Download the application installer:
You can no longer download Kaspersky Security Cloud. Switch to our new Kaspersky Premium solution.
- Kaspersky Standard
- Kaspersky Plus
- Kaspersky Premium
- Kaspersky Internet Security
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus
- Kaspersky Total Security
- Kaspersky Small Office Security
- Remove the application using the instructions. When removing it, make sure that the License information check box is selected in the Saving objects window.
- Restart the device.
- Run the installation file and follow the installation guides:
