"Connection is not authorized" error

The application was unable to connect to your My Kaspersky account.
- In the main application window, click on your My Kaspersky account and select Change account.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your My Kaspersky account details and click Sign in.
What to do if the error persists
If the issue persists, submit a request to Customer Service by choosing the topic of your request.
