In order to define the cause of problems that occur during the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 databases update, Kaspersky Lab technical support may request a detailed report about the update. During an update, the results of the task are written to a report by Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014

To generate a detailed update report, do the following:

 
 
 
 
 

1. Enable logging of non-critical events

 
 
 
 
 

2. Start the update

 
 
 
 
 

3. Save the update report to file

 
 
 
 
 

4. Send a request to the Technical Support

 
 
 
 
 

5. Disable logging of non-critical events
