How to enable or disable postponed start of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 on system startup

To expedite your system startup, you can use the postponed start option in Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015

However, the option is not recommended due to security reasons because Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 will be unable to protect network connections established prior to the application's start. This will prevent the application to intercept and block malicious actions of the programs that transfer or receive data on system startup.

To enable or disable the postponed start option, follow these steps:

  1. Open Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015.
  2. In the lower-left corner of the window, click the Settings link.

  1. In the Settings view, go to Performance.
  2. In the right part of the window, select or clear the check box Concede resources to operating system when the computer starts.
