1. Disable Self-Defense and enable traces

 
 
 
 
 

2. Edit the file profiles.xml

 
 
 
 
 

3. Run the application

 
 
 
 
 

4. Reproduce the problem and make a screenshot

 
 
 
 
 

5. Save the application settings

 
 
 
 
 

6. Archive the files

 
 
 
 
 

7. Disable traces and enable Self-Defense

 
 
 
 
 

8. Submit a request to Technical Support
