Kaspersky Security for Mac and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for Mac are no longer supported.

Upgrade the application to the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac:

  1. Make sure you have an activation code for your application. It consists of 20 Latin characters and is divided into blocks in the following way: ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ. You may need it in case of activation problems.
To learn where to find the activation code, see this article.
  2. If you do not have an activation code, click License in the right part of the application window and take a screenshot of the window with the license number. Send this screenshot to the Kaspersky Lab technical support to restore the activation code.
If you’re not sure how to take a screenshot, see this article.
  3. Go to the Kaspersky Lab website and download the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac.
  4. Remove the obsolete version and restart the computer.
  5. Install the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac.
  6. If the application was not activated automatically, activate it manually with the code. See this article for instructions.

If you experience any difficulties uninstalling, installing, or activating your application, submit a request to technical support via My Kaspersky.

For information on how to use My Kaspersky, see the Online Help page.
