In some cases you may need detailed information about the system to diagnose the problem. This includes the information about launched processes, downloaded modules and drivers, extension modules of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows browser, open ports, and suspicious objects which might be viruses, but are unknown to Kaspersky Lab experts and correspondingly are not added to the anti-virus databases of the application. In this case Kaspersky Lab experts will request the AVZ utility log from you.

To get the log:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Click the Support link in the lower left part of the window. 

  1. Click Support tools in the lower left part of the Support window.

  1. Click Create system state report

  1. Wait until the report is formed.
  2. In the System Data collection window, click Finish

  1. To view the report, click the View report link (a folder with report files will open) or send it to Technical Support service (follow the recommendations from this article).

  1. In the Support tools window, click Close.
