Solution
Choose one of the following solutions:
- Set up a VPN connection, for example, using Kaspersky Secure Connection. For instructions on using Kaspersky Secure Connection, see Online Help. If your computer is connected to the Internet via a proxy server, establish a VPN connection on this proxy server.
- Go to the network settings and specify as DNS servers Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. See this article for instructions. If your computer is connected to the Internet via a proxy server, go to the proxy server settings and specify Google Public DNS addresses.
