Sending data files

Once created, the trace files and the system state report should be sent to Customer Service specialists.
You will need an active request number to upload files to the Kaspersky Support server. You can find this number on My Kaspersky.
If you were unable to send the files for any reason, the data files can be stored on your computer and later sent from My Kaspersky.
The created archive can be sent to Customer Service.
