Data Protection Officer
Kaspersky has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to be an advisor for all Kaspersky legal entities and to help ensure that all processing of personal data meets EU legal requirements. The role was designed in accordance with Articles 37-39 GDPR.
The DPO is involved, properly and in a timely manner, in all key issues which relate to the protection of personal data. The DPO reports directly to Kaspersky’s highest management level. The DPO has access to training and customer response resources as necessary to perform the DPO functions. Data subjects may contact the DPO with regard to all issues related to processing of their personal data and to the exercise of their rights under the European Law. The data protection officer is bound by secrecy or confidentiality concerning the performance of his tasks, in accordance with EU law.
