Kaspersky Basic, Standard, Plus are compatible with valid licenses for other Kaspersky applications. The subscription plans correspond to other Kaspersky applications as follows:

• Kaspersky Basic — Kaspersky Anti-Virus
• Kaspersky Standard — Kaspersky Internet Security
• Kaspersky Plus — Kaspersky Security Cloud

If you are using Kaspersky Total Security, you can renew the license and switch to Kaspersky Plus.

1. Go to the Kaspersky website and select the subscription plan.
2. Enter your billing and payment information and click Buy Now.

After purchasing, you will receive two emails to the specified email address:

• An invoice from Nexway

• A link to access your My Kaspersky account from My Kaspersky

After purchasing, the subscription will be automatically added to your My Kaspersky account. The activation code is not required. The application will be activated automatically after you download it from My Kaspersky and install it. For details on why My Kaspersky is needed, visit the Online Help page.

Submit a request to Kaspersky customer service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.

1. Find the email from My Kaspersky.
2. Open the email and click Go to My Kaspersky.
3. If you don't have a My Kaspersky account, it will be created automatically during the purchase. Complete the account creation:
   1. Set a password and click Continue.
      
   2. Make sure that your region is defined correctly and click Next.
      
   3. Carefully read the Terms of Use for My Kaspersky. If you agree to the terms, select the checkboxes and click Continue.
      
4. If you already have a My Kaspersky account, sign in.

If you forgot your My Kaspersky password, restore it. See the Online Help page for instructions.

After you sign in to My Kaspersky, the download page will appear. To download and install the application:

1. Click Download.

2. When download is completed, run the installer and follow the installation instructions.

The subscription will be applied automatically. Your device will appear in your My Kaspersky account.

If you have a valid activation code for Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Internet Security, or Kaspersky Security Cloud, you can activate Kaspersky with the corresponding subscription plan. To do so:

1. After installing the application, enter your activation code and click Activate.

2. After the successful activation, click Done.

The subscription will be activated. You can learn the detailed information in the Profile window.

1. Sign in to your My Kaspersky account.
2. Go to the Subscriptions section and select your subscription.
3. Select Manage subscription → Cancel subscription.

4. You will be redirected to the Nexway website. Click Cancel in the Manage subscription block.

5. To confirm the cancellation, click Cancel subscription.

The subscription will be cancelled. Your application will work until your current subscription expires.
