If you forgot your password for your My Kaspersky account, you can restore access to your account by resetting your password.
To reset the account password:
If the email address specified is registered on the website, a message containing a link for resetting the password will be sent.
The password must contain at least 8 characters that include at least one numeral, one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and no spaces. The password must not duplicate one of your recent passwords. See the Password requirements.
The new password for signing in to My Kaspersky is saved.
If you did not receive a message, check your spam folder or that the email address you entered is correct, and try again. If you still did not receive a message, the email address you specified is probably not registered on the website. You can contact Customer Service. A password reset can lead to Kaspersky Safe Kids data loss! To save your settings and statistics, get at least one of your child's devices connected to the Internet and signed in to Kaspersky Safe Kids before you reset your password.
