If you receive the error message “This activation code is no longer supported” when attempting to activate a Kaspersky Lab product, it means the code you are entering is intended for an old version of the application.

To activate the application, send a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support via the My Kaspersky portal. In your request, provide the following information:

  • Purchase date and place.
  • Activation code.
  • A photograph of the activation code from the product packaging, if you have it.
  • A photograph of your receipt of purchase, if you kept it.
  • The owner’s email address.
