If you want to become a Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response supplier for another organization, you need to add a new tenant to your account.

Your account in Kaspersky Security Center Web Console or Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console must have a role with the following access rights: Incident access and Tenant management, and the ability to view, add, edit, and delete tenants in the MDR section in Kaspersky Security Center.

To add a new tenant:

  1. In the MDR section of Kaspersky Security Center, click the Tenants tab.

    The Tenants list appears.

  2. In the upper part of the window, click the plus sign icon (yes_icon).

    The Tenant settings block appears.

  3. If necessary, switch the Active toggle button.

The Active toggle button is on by default.

  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Number of assets
    • Lifetime of this tenant
  5. In the lower part of the Tenant settings block, click the Save button.

The Tenant settings block disappears. After clicking the Save button, Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response generates an MDR configuration file for the new tenant.

  6. In the Tenants list, click the line with the new tenant.

    The Tenant settings block appears.

  7. Click the Deploy file link.

A list of administration groups is displayed.

  8. Select the administration groups whose assets you want to add to the tenant. The tenant blob will be applied to the policies of the selected administration groups.
  9. Click the Next button.

Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response applies the tenant blob to the policies of the selected administration groups.

The tenant blob can be applied automatically only to the administration groups that have policies for Kaspersky Endpoint Agent. If the tenant blob could not be applied to some administration groups automatically, click the Download file link to download the MDR configuration file, and then apply the tenant blob to the policies manually.

  10. In the lower part of the Tenant settings block, click the Cancel button to close the block.

The new tenant is added.

You can also add new tenants in MDR Web Console.
