How to get a dump file of AVP.EXE process for Kaspersky Lab products

If your computer starts behaving incorrectly after Kaspersky Lab product was installed, then it conflicts with other software installed on your PC or with other drivers.

If this happens, create a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support and attach the dump file of the AVP.EXE process to it. Usually it is created automatically, but if it doesn't, get it manually as described below.

 
 
 
 
 

1. Download the dump creation tool

 
 
 
 
 

2. Create the dump file of the avp.exe process

 
 
 
 
 

3. Send the files to Kaspersky Lab
