Company dashboard

The admin can view summary information about their company in the program web interface in the Dashboard section.

My actions

The button widget has links to the most frequently used platform sections:

• Add new users: opens an add users manually window.
• Import and synchronization: opens the user data import and synchronization section. You can make uploads to the user platform via an XLS template, SCIM protocol from an Active Directory server or local Active Directory service.
• Start group training: opens the start training for multiple groups window.
• Add to training: opens the Users section with the Training not assigned filter.
• Pause training: opens the Users section with the Training in progress filter.
• Resume training: opens the Users section with the Training paused filter.
• Download report: use this button to get an .xlsx report about users in each performance category.

Users and training slots

The widget displays information about the statuses of company users, as well as the number of available and occupied training slots. Using the links from the widget, you can go to the Users and Companies and licenses sections.

This widget has explanations about getting started with the platform and links to ASAP online help topics with FAQ and demonstration videos.

Who needs my attention

The widget shows a diagram of user performance categories.

• Main Course

  You can view more detailed information about each performance category, as well as training recommendations for the users of that category, by clicking the diagram segments.

  For the Can't finish on time, Significantly behind schedule and Behind schedule categories, the reasons for these training schedule delays are also shown:

  • Not completing tests
  • Failing tests
  • Never logged into the platform
• Express Course

  You can view statistics on users who are currently taking or have already completed the express course. Use the links in the widget to navigate to a list of users filtered by category.

What to expect from the program

The widget displays basic training data about all training groups:

• group name
• number of users in the group
• group user statuses
• percent of training materials completed
• scheduled end date

Click the link with the group name to go to the Statistics tab of this group and view more details on user progress.
