Why are there pauses between completing assignments during training?
The tasks and exercises are designed taking into account the "forgetting curve" and facilitate the most effective memorization of the material. The pauses between individual training elements help you assimilate what you've learned. For example, you can only take a test seven days after learning the material. This ensures users are relying on their long-term memory to pass. This approach helps users memorize the material and makes test results a more accurate reflection of user abilities.
- Four days after the final lesson in each unit, the platform emails users a study guide to help focus their attention on what's most important.
- Seven days after the final lesson in each unit, the unit's test becomes available.
- Ten days after completing all of a unit's lessons, the platform simulates a phishing attack by sending an email mimicing scammer techniques. Users should be able to combat these techniques because they were covered in the unit. The platform waits up to three days for users to react. If the user doesn't get "caught" by the phishing attempt, they pass.
- Nine days after completing all the unit's lessons, the platform sends an invite to start the next unit.
Lessons in the next unit are unlocked as soon as the final lesson of the current unit is completed.
What's the difference between stopping and pausing training?
Do users get certificates for completing training?
Yes. Users get a certificate for each completed unit in each topic. Certificates can be downloaded on the My achievements page in the user's account. The company admin and observer can also download the certificates of any user from their individual reports.
What's the difference between the planned and estimated dates of training completion?
The planned training completion date shows when the user must complete training according to the plan, i.e. based on the intensity and training program in their group. The estimated date is the projected date training will be completed. It's calculated based on the speed the user completes training units and can change during the training process.

ADMINISTRATING
Can I add another admin? What rights will they have?
I'm planning on managing training in several companies (branches) and don't want the training result to be available to all admins. Is this possible?
Yes. In the main account, you can create as many companies as you need. Each company will have its own training groups where you can launch training. You can configure admin permissions and specify which companies will be available to each of them.

PLATFORM MESSAGES
How will employees know they've been assigned training?
Will users get training reminders?
One of my users lost their training invite. Can I resend it?
Why didn't users get any messages after being added to the platform?
User receive a training invite after the company admin assigns them training. Invites are sent to all users in a group as soon as training starts in it, or to users who were added to a group where training is already live. After you enter a new user in the platform, they don't get any messages right away because it might be too early.
Why aren't users getting any platform notifications?
There are several possible reasons. Here are the most common:
- You haven't assigned training to the users yet (just adding user data to the platform doesn't automatically send a message; the first email a user receives is an invite to complete assigned training).
- You entered the user's email incorrectly.
- You haven't set up a corporate list of allowed addresses, and the corporate antispam system flagged platform messages as spam.
- It's not time yet to start the next section or pass (retake) a test.
You can view all messages sent by the platform to users in their individual reports. Just select a user on the Users page and click the report icon next to their last name. All messages received by the user and completed lessons can be found in the History section.
Will platform invites and messages be sent to users who have stopped or paused training?
The platform automatically sends invitations to users as soon as training is assigned. If a user hasn't confirmed their consent, invitations are sent again. Stopping or pausing training for these users doesn't affect invitations. If 3 invitations have been sent by the time training is resumed and the user hasn't confirmed their consent, you can always send an invitation manually.
PHISHING CAMPAIGNS
How do I launch a phishing campaign?
Can I create a phishing campaign using my own email template?
Can I send a user a phishing email before they start training?
You can include users who haven't started training yet in a phishing campaign if they have already consented to use the platform. To get user consent, you can send them an invite manually.
If the user's email address has a company domain that you've added to the platform and that has passed verification, you can include this user in a phishing campaign without sending them an invitation. In this case, separate user consent isn't required.
