Analyzing installed apps
Perform initial configuration of the My apps feature
- On the Kaspersky app bottom tab bar, tap All Features.
- Scroll down to the Performance section and tap My Apps.
- Go to the Apps section of the feature.
- Allow Kaspersky app access to the app usage history:
- Read the instructions and tap Continue.
A list of apps that may have access to the app usage history opens.
- Select Kaspersky app in the list.
- Set the Permit usage access switch to ON.
- Return to Kaspersky app.
- Read the instructions and tap Continue.
The My apps feature is ready to use. A list of apps installed on the device is shown.
- In the All Features section of Kaspersky app, tap My Apps.
- Go to the Apps section of the feature.
A list of apps installed on the device is shown.
- To sort the list, select the sorting criteria. You can view the list of frequently or rarely used apps and then sort the list by the app's name or size.
- Tap on the name of the app to learn more about it.
- In the All Features section of Kaspersky app, tap My Apps.
- Go to the Apps section of the feature.
If there are rarely used apps on your device, the app displays them in the Rarely used () section. You can check the size of these apps and select the apps that need to be uninstalled first.
- Uninstall the app in one of the following ways:
- Tap
next to the name of the app.
- Tap the name of the app and then tap Uninstall.
- Tap
- Confirm the action.
The selected app is uninstalled. Congrats, you've cleared some space!
Uninstall multiple unused apps
- In the All Features section of Kaspersky app, tap My Apps.
- Go to the Apps section of the feature.
If there are rarely used apps on your device, the app displays them in the Rarely used () section. You can check the size of these apps and select the apps that need to be uninstalled first.
- Tap and hold any app name.
Checkboxes appear next to each app.
- Select the checkboxes next to the apps that you want to uninstall.
- Tap
in the top right corner of the screen.
- Confirm the action for each app.
The confirmed apps are uninstalled. Congrats, you've cleared some space!
