When upgrading the application, we recommend configuring a DKIM signature in KSMG 2.1 and using it simultaneously with the DKIM signature for KSMG version 1.1. This allows a seamless migration to KSMG 2.1.
Configuring the DKIM signature when migrating from KSMG 1.1 to version 2.1 involves the following steps:
- Creating or importing a DKIM key into the installed KSMG 2.1 application
- Retrieving a DNS record for a public DKIM key
- Adding the retrieved DNS record to the settings of your DNS server
As a result, both versions of the application will be adding DKIM signatures to messages, each with its own DKIM key.
