If you entered a wrong email address when buying the license, the store will not be able to send it to you. In such cases, please contact the online store customer support department.

If you bought the license from the Kaspersky online store or My Kaspersky:

Contact Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form.

If you bought the license from another Kaspersky retail partner:
