Issue

The Incorrect password error occurs when you are trying to get an activation code for a Kaspersky application using a password given by the service provider.

Solution

  1. Make sure the password you are entering is correct. Check the following:
    • Keyboard layout is correct.
    • Caps Lock is off.
    Try entering the password again.
  2. If the issue persists, contact the service provider to make sure you have been provided with the correct password.
