Add a website account
Add a website account from the Kaspersky Password Manager window
- Unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.
If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and fingerprint authentication is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the master password.
- In the main app window, tap
or swipe the screen to the right.
The quick access bar appears on the left.
- On the quick access bar, tap Websites >
.
The Website window opens.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the website.
Use a meaningful name to quickly find the entry you need.
- In the Web address field, specify the website address associated with this entry. You can enter the website address manually or copy and paste it from a browser.
- In the Website accounts section, do the following:
- In the Account field, enter a name for the website account.
- In the Login and Password fields, enter the login and password for the website account.
We recommend that you use a strong password that contains at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters.
- If needed, add a comment to the Comment field.
- Tap Save.
The website entry appears in the Websites window. If you want to open this website in the safe browser, expand the website entry, choose a website account and tap Open in browser.
Add a website account from a browser window
- Open Chrome.
- Go to the website for which you want to add a website account.
- Tap login or password field.
The Kaspersky Password Manager icon appears on the right.
- Tap the Kaspersky Password Manager icon.
The Kaspersky Password Manager window opens.
- If needed, unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.

- Tap Add account.
The Website window opens.
- In the Website section, view and check the name and address of the website associated with this entry.
- In the Website accounts section, do the following:
- In the Account field, enter a name for the website account.
- In the Login and Password fields, enter the login and password for the website account.
We recommend that you use a strong password that contains at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters.
- If needed, add a comment to the Comment field.
- Tap Save.
The website entry appears in the All entries window.
You can save multiple accounts for signing in to the same website.
When you visit a website using Chrome, Kaspersky Password Manager prompts you to choose the account you want to use to sign in from the list of available accounts. If you sign in to a website added to Kaspersky Password Manager with a login that has not yet been added to Kaspersky Password Manager, the app automatically recognizes the login as new and prompts you to add another account for the website. If you sign in to a website with an existing login but a new password, Kaspersky Password Manager prompts you to save the new password for the existing account.
