Compliance with European Union law
When distributed in the European Union, Kaspersky Password Manager complies with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, you confirm that you are of the required age to install Kaspersky Password Manager within the European Union. After Kaspersky Password Manager is installed, you will be offered to read and accept the terms and conditions required for initial setup and use of Kaspersky Password Manager.
There is also an additional statement you will be asked to accept: the Statement regarding data processing for marketing purposes that is required so that Kaspersky Lab could make more beneficial offers to you. If you choose to accept this statement, you will be able to decline it in the app settings at any time.
To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when updating Kaspersky Password Manager to version 9.1 or later, you will be asked to again accept the End User License Agreement, Products and Services Privacy Policy, and the Statement regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes.

- Unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.
If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and fingerprint authentication is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the master password.
- In the main app window, tap
or swipe the screen to the right.
The quick access bar appears on the left.
- On the quick access bar, tap About > Legal > Statement regarding data processing for marketing purposes.
- Review the terms of the Statement regarding data processing for marketing purposes.
- Do one of the following:
- Tap Turn On if you want to provide data to allow Kaspersky Lab to make more beneficial offers to you. In the alert that appears, tap Accept.
- Tap Turn Off if you no longer want to provide data to allow Kaspersky Lab to make more beneficial offers to you. Restart the app to apply the changes.
According to the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to remove or obtain all your personal data from Kaspersky Lab. When you contact Technical Support to remove or obtain personal data, you should provide your computer’s unique IDs.
Provide IDs to Technical Support to remove personal data
- Unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.
If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and fingerprint authentication is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the master password.
- In the main app window, tap
or swipe the screen to the right.
The quick access bar appears on the left.
- On the quick access bar, tap About > Legal > Device and installation IDs.
- Tap Copy to copy the Device ID and Installation ID to the clipboard.
- Paste the IDs into the request form and send them to Technical Support.
