What to do if it is impossible to remove malicious software with a Kaspersky application

Do you want to prevent infections? Install Kaspersky for Windows
If you have a Kaspersky application installed on your computer, open the application interface and check if there is a prompt to delete malicious software. If there is a Delete button, click it and wait until the process completes. If there is no such button, submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
If the infection on your computer blocks actions of a Kaspersky application or does not allow installation of a Kaspersky application, try doing the following:
- Use one of the following Kaspersky free tools to disinfect your computer:
- Boot your computer in Safe Mode to disinfect or delete the infected objects.
- Send the infected file to analysis through OpenTip.
If the error persists, submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
