How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application

How to contact the seller

In case you bought the code from the Kaspersky website or My Kaspersky store, use either of these options:

  • Click this link and look up your order on our website:
    • If you bought the code through My Kaspersky, click Log in to MyKaspersky and enter your account credentials.
    • If you did not use My Kaspersky when purchased, enter your order number and password from the confirmation email.
      If you cannot find the password, use this form to retrieve it.
  • Contact Digital River customer service department through their self-service portal. Digital River is our retail partner, and purchases from our website and My Kaspersky are organized through them. 

If you bought the code from a different store, contact that store directly.

What information to provide

For a refund request, you will need to provide the following information:

  • The date of the purchase
  • Your full name
  • The email address that you have used for the purchase
  • Order number from the confirmation email
