1. In the Connect to My Kaspersky window, click the I have already registered button.

   The Enter the password for your My Kaspersky account window appears.

2. Enter the credentials for your existing My Kaspersky account.
3. Click Continue.

The Your children window opens.

1. In the Connect to My Kaspersky window, do the following:
   1. In the email address field, enter the email address you want to associate with your new My Kaspersky account. This email address will be your user name. Notifications from Kaspersky Safe Kids will also be sent to this email address.
   2. In the password field, enter a password for your new My Kaspersky account.

      The password must contain a minimum of eight characters, including at least one digit, one lowercase Latin letter, and one uppercase Latin letter. Spaces are not allowed.

   3. In the password confirmation field, enter the password again.
2. If you want to receive informational and promotional emails from Kaspersky Lab, select the Receive news and special offers from Kaspersky Lab by email checkbox.
3. Click the Register button to proceed.

   The Statement Regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes opens.

4. Carefully read the Statement Regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes and do one of the following:
   • If you accept the Statement Regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes, click the Accept button to confirm the acceptance.
   • If you do not want to provide your data for marketing purposes, click the Skip button.

   Kaspersky Safe Kids connects to the My Kaspersky portal and creates your account. After your account is created, the You are now registered on My Kaspersky window appears.

5. Click Done.

The Your children window opens.

1. In the Your Children window, click Add child.

   A dialog window opens.

2. Specify your child's details:
   • Your child's name.

     This name is displayed when you receive alerts about your child's activity and when the application notifies the child about certain limits.

   • Your child's birth year.

     The age of your child determines the default settings that Kaspersky Safe Kids uses to monitor the computer account of your child.

3. Click Change picture and specify the child's picture in one of the following ways:
   • Select an available picture.
   • Upload a picture from the computer.
4. Click Finish.

   Your child's details are added to Kaspersky Safe Kids.

5. Click Next to continue setup.

If you have previously added children on My Kaspersky or in the mobile app, the application lists them in the Your children window.

After you have added your children's details to Kaspersky Safe Kids, a dialog window opens. Kaspersky Safe Kids shows the Windows account you are logged in to and invites you to specify which of your children uses this Windows account.

1. Specify who uses the current Windows account:
   • Select a child. The computer account will be monitored with settings appropriate for the selected child's age.
   • Select This account isn't use by children if the current Windows account is not used by any of your children. The computer account will be unrestricted.
2. In the Select or create separate Windows accounts for you and each of your children window, specify the accounts that children and parents use.
   • Select the Create new Windows account option, if any parents or children don't have their own accounts on this computer yet. The New Windows account window opens, and you can enter credentials for the new account.
   • Select the Doesn't use this computer option if somebody never uses the computer.
3. Click Next.
4. In the Protect Windows accounts with a password window, set passwords for the Windows accounts that don't have one.

   Kaspersky Safe Kids detects accounts that are not protected with passwords. You can set passwords to ensure that your children can't use these accounts to bypass restrictions. You can skip this step.

5. Click Next.

   Kaspersky Safe Kids displays setup results.

We recommend that you specify separate Windows accounts for each of your children. If your children use one Windows account, Kaspersky Safe Kids can't apply correct settings according to the age of each child. Make sure your children log in under the Windows accounts you have selected for them.
