Use srvview KLPOL_PROFILE_HST to run queries like 'which hosts have the specified policy profile active', 'which policy profiles are active at the specified host', and so on.
The srvview contains the following columns:

KLHST_WKS_PRODUCT_ID	paramString	Product name and version divided by a slash (e.g. '1093/1.0.0.0', '1103/1.0.0.0', 'KES/10.2.2.0'), up to 64 characters. Supported since KSC 10SP2. See List of KLHST_WKS_PRODUCT_NAME and KLHST_WKS_PRODUCT_VERSION values for some products.	Search-only.
KLHST_WKS_HOSTNAME	paramString	Host name. A unique server-generated string.	Read-only.
KLHST_WKS_DN	paramString	Host display name.
KLHST_WKS_LAST_NAGENT_CONNECTED	paramDateTime	Last Network Agent connection time, in UTC.
KLHST_WKS_STATUS	paramInt	Host status. See Host State enum.
FULLTEXT_SEARCH	paramString	Synthetic field for full-text search queries. See Full-text attribute. The following fields are included in search: KLPOL_DN KLSSPOL_PRF_NAME KLHST_WKS_DN	Search-only
