How to delete your account

This action removes your account and all associated data from the Management Console. This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account doesn't affect any active licenses as well as licenses auto-renewal. They will not be disabled and will remain active. To disable a license, please contact Customer Service.

To delete your account:

  1. In the upper part of the page, click the manage your account link.
  2. Go to the Delete account tab.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Enter your account password.
  5. Click Continue.

Your account is deleted. A message with information about connected applications and entered activation codes is sent to your email address.
