About limitations on subscription using

You may not be able to use your Kaspersky subscription, or the apps from the subscription shared with you, if the subscription is region-specific and your account is registered in a specific region. For example, you cannot use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection if your account is registered in China or India. For more details, see Regional restrictions.

If someone has shared a subscription with you, it will appear in your My Kaspersky account. You might not be able to use all the apps and services because of certain restrictions, for example, if the subscription owner has used up all device slots. Also, Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection can be used only with the owner's account and cannot be shared with other users.

If you are a subscription owner and the download of the Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is not available, you may have previously linked the Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection service to a different account. To ensure that Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is associated with your correct account, please contact Customer Service.
