Make sure you turn off auto-renewal in advance. If you turn off auto-renewal, you will be automatically charged for the next license term two days before the current license expiration date.

Depending on where you purchased the license with auto-renewal, you will need to do the following:

  • If you purchased your license via the Kaspersky website, cancel auto-renewal using the Digital River provider services (instructions below).
  • If you purchased your license via My Kaspersky, use your My Kaspersky account to cancel auto-renewal (instructions below).
  • If you made your purchase via a Kaspersky partner other than Digital River, you will need to contact them directly.

For instructions on how to cancel subscription for a mobile application, see this article.

After you disable auto-renewal, the current license will be valid until its expiration date. If you decide to start using the application again, you will need to buy a license (see this article for instructions) and enter the activation code manually (see this article for instructions).
