Monitoring Kaspersky Scan Engine in HTTP mode

When monitoring is enabled, the kavhttpd service automatically restarts if it freezes or crashes.

If logging is enabled along with monitoring, the monitoring process writes log messages to a separate file.

To enable monitoring:

1. Set the option -w in the startup command on the systemd unit file for the kavhttpd service.
2. Restart Kaspersky Scan Engine by running the following command:

   service kavhttpd restart
