Saving the trace file on a computer

To save a trace file on a computer:

1. In the application web interface window, select Nodes.
2. Click to open the Nodes section menu.
3. Click View trace logs.

   The Trace logs for Technical Support page opens with the list of previously created trace logs.

4. Click next to the name of the trace log from which you want to download the files.
5. In the row containing the necessary file, click the icon.

The trace file is saved on the computer in the browser download folder.
